Mindful moments are all around us. They don’t have to be “pretty” but sometimes it can help to stop and notice colours, textures, patterns, shapes, sounds and sensations. You can take a camera or an audio recorder (I have been using my phone camera and voice memos) or you can “take pictures with you mind’s eye”. Try this out for 10 days in a row and review your “picture of the day” at the end of each day. See if you can etch the image, sound or smell into your mind and recall it the next morning when you wake up.
